Joyce Skefu Suffers Mild Stroke

Joyce Skefu is “getting better daily” after she was recently hospitalised for a mild stroke.

On Wednesday, 23 March, the 57-year-old “Scandal!” actress posted a photo of herself on Instagram – in the pic, she is seen lying atop of a hospital bed.

In the caption beneath, she addressed her followers: “Good morning my lovelies hope you all well and kept by the grace of God, Ya life happens. I was quiet because I had a mild stroke got hospitalized but God did it again [sic].

“I am doing therapies and getting better daily, but I sincerely thank you cause you were my strength even if did not know, Thank you for your amazing love [sic].”

Fans and friends alike wished Skefu all the best in her recovery, with actress/businesswoman Gail Mabalane writing: “Oh Mama. We love you. God is with you. We trust HIM for complete healing.”

Businesswoman Carol Bouwer added: “We love you Queen May [sic] you be restored to optimal health and may your cup run over with all things good.”
